Appointments, Walk-ins, and Emergencies

We operate on a scheduled appointment basis to provide the highest level of attention for all patients. However, if the need arises for a last-minute visit, we will work to arrange a walk-in visit as soon as possible. Emergencies receive top priority.

Many of our busy clients enjoy scheduled drop-off for exams. Simply schedule a time with us to drop off your pet, and our doctors will examine the patient between the day’s appointments. Once your pet has been examined, the doctor will give you a call to review any findings and to provide discharge instructions.

In the event of an emergency during office hours, please call ahead if possible and proceed directly to our clinic. 

Patient Arrival

No matter how awesome and brilliant your pet is, he may become anxious at the clinic. New people, unfamiliar smells, other animals -- it's better to be safe than sorry. Please have your dog on leash or your cat in a secure pet carrier before entering the clinic. For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that vaccinations be current.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check, cash, and CareCredit. CareCredit is a credit card exclusively for veterinary and dental purposes, and offers interest-free, monthly payments. Click here for more information about CareCredit.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We do require a cash or credit card deposit for all new patient emergencies.
